DO YOU OFFER GIFTWRAPPING?
Gift Wrapping is available. We actually have gift boxes and typically put a very lovely tulle ribbon around a gift box at no
extra charge to you. Some items will not fit into a box and
those are are hand wrapped. Simply click the
text, ‘Gift Ribbon’ in the shopping cart and check
the appropriate box as you checkout. All items in your cart
will be ‘dressed up’ for you.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT ENCLOSURE CARDS?
Yes, we do. Again, at no extra charge to you. Simply click the
text ‘Add Free Gift Card’ in the shopping cart and
check the appropriate box as you checkout. You will then be
prompted to add your message. We’ll take care of the rest.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, we do. Simply click the ‘Order Gift Certificate’ button in the shopping cart. After clicking the button, you
will be asked to enter the quantity of electronic certificates
you are ordering, the $ amount, the email address for whom you
are buying the certificates and a brief message if you wish.
Upon completing the purchase and checkout, an email will be
sent to you, confirming your purchase, and to the recipient,
confirming the electronic gift certificate delivery, including
the redemption number and instructions.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, you can. Simply browse our product selection, click on
any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping
cart. After you are done shopping, click on ‘Checkout’
and you will be asked for a few details needed in order to process
your secure order. Please remember to input your email address
on the billing page – you will be notified when your package
ships and receive a tracking number. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check,
please order via mail (see below).

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT I’VE ORDERED IS
ON BACKORDER?
You will know immediately when you place the item into your
shopping cart whether or not the item is unavailable. If the
item is not in stock, you can still place an order for it and
we will backorder it for you. You will be notified via email
regarding when you can expect shipment. You will always have
the option of canceling your order if you would rather not wait.
DO I PAY SALES TAX?
Orders shipped to a Connecticut address will be charged 6% CT
state sales tax as required by Connecticut state law. Orders
shipped to addresses outside CT will not be charged sales tax.
WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
You will know immediately when you place your order, prior to
completing the payment transaction the actual cost of shipping
for your order. Regular orders are shipped UPS ground. Delivery
must be to a street address – not a P.O. Box. International
orders can be placed, but the shipping indicated in your shopping cart will be an ESTIMATE. We will contact you prior to shipping with the actual cost. Standard orders will typically
arrive within 3 to 7 business days from when your order was
placed. MOST orders ship within 24 hours. See the chart below to estimate your order's time in transit.

CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
We offer 1, 2, and 3 day business shipping for an additional
cost per shipping address for in-stock items. You will know
immediately when you place your order, prior to completing the
payment transaction the actual cost of the expedited shipping.
Delivery must be to a street address – not a P.O. Box.
All APO/FPO/AK and HI addresses are shipped via parcel post
and cannot be expressed.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
WE WANT YOU TO BE THRILLED WITH YOUR PURCHASE! We stand behind
our products and guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied,
we will happily provide an exchange or refund. If for some reason
you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact us promptly
and we will take all of the necessary steps to replace your
product or refund your money. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded
and items must be in original condition. Items must be returned
within 30 days. If you want more information on a product before

All of our items have been thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.
Please examine all items thoroughly upon receipt. If there is

True Vine Embroidery products. Currently, no physical retail
stores offer True Vine Embroidery products. Both Christiangiftsplace.com
and True Vine Embroidery are owned and managed by True Vine
Embroidery LLC, a business entity of True Vine Holdings, Inc.
CAN TRUE VINE EMBROIDERY MAKE CUSTOMIZED PIECES JUST FOR ME?
Customized (one of a kind) embroidery is not our focus,
but we are always willing to listen to requests and accomodate when possible.
